Q: Can I combine products I order to take advantage of quantity pricing?
A: Yes. Products that have identical pricing may be combined to receive the lowest aggregate quantity price. For example, a combined order of 300 Preliminary Orthodontic Evaluations and 200 Interceptive Orthodontic Evaluations would be priced as an order of 500. Likewise, an order of 50 Orthodontic Quick Checks and 50 Early Referral Aids would receive the quantity price of 100.
Q: How long does it take to ship and receive materials?
A: Most items are shipped within one working day. We ship by UPS within the continental United States. Canadian orders are shipped with the U.S. mail to save you the expense of hiring an import agent. International orders and special requests on shipping methods, such as Next Day Air, will be billed at our cost.
Q: Can I get information on how to "get the most" from your products?
A: Yes. All of our materials are "field-tested" before they are made available to the clinician. Separate instructions are available for all but the most obvious applications of our products.
Q: Why aren't your laminated products sold unlaminated?
A: Our laminated referral aids are designed to stay in the referring dentists' operatories and clean up easily. We carefully select the most appropriate grade of lamination for each product and closely monitor quality control to ensure the highest level of finished product.
Q: Why can't I just add Flossing and Brushing with Braces to my website and refer patients to that?
