Q: Can I combine products I order to take advantage of quantity pricing?
A: Yes. Products that have identical pricing may be combined to receive the lowest aggregate quantity price. For example, a combined order of 300 Examination Summaries and 200 Interceptive Summaries would be priced as an order of 500. Likewise, an order of 50 Orthodontic Quick Checks and 50 Early Referral Aids would receive the quantity price of 100.

Q: How long does it take to ship and receive materials?
A: Most items are shipped within two working days. We normally ship by UPS within the continental United States. Canadian orders are usually shipped by insured U.S. mail to save you the expense of hiring an import agent. Special requests on shipping methods such as Next Day Air and other rush services will be billed at our cost.

Q: Can I get information on how to "get the most" from your products?
A: Yes. All of our materials are "field-tested" before they are made available to the clinician. Separate instructions are available for all but the most obvious applications of our products.

Q: Why aren't your laminated products sold unlaminated?
A: We carefully select the most appropriate grade of lamination for each product and closely monitor quality control to ensure the highest level of finished product.

Q: How are the business card pockets on the Quick Check and Early Referral Aid used?
A: For those professionals who may not have your referral slip or cards (physicians, speech therapists, etc.) the card pockets hold your professional cards so that they're available at the time a patient is referred to you.

Q: Why can't I just add the Home Care Guide to my website and refer patients to that?
A: Aside from problems with copyright infringement, it simply doesn't work. Think about it. Who is going to pull up the home care instructions on your website, read and absorb them, and then go to the bathroom to clean his/her teeth? Probably no one. The real benefit of the Home Care Guide is having it at eye level on the bathroom mirror every time the patient looks in the mirror.
